The Neurosensori Motor Integrator
Using a 50-inch HD TV and touch screen, the NSI is designed to offer a host of therapy procedures to a wide range of patients. The programmable instrument provides strategies to improve; Pursuits, Saccades, Eye-Hand Coordination, Visual Reaction Time, Speed and Span of Recognition, Visual-Vestibular Integration, Oculomotor Skills, Visual Motor Skills, Neuro-Cognitive Skills, and collectively, athletic performance
The Neuro Sensorimotor Integrator (NSI) is an easy-to-use rehabilitation system designed to evaluate and improve abilities in individuals with disabilities resulting from traumatic injuries and movement disorders as well as patients with vestibular problems
The approach seeks to encourage the nervous system to process and integrate sensory input in organized and meaningful ways, ultimately enhancing the nervous system’s ability to function more adequately. Each adaptive response, as it provides feedback into the nervous system, encourages maturation and organization of the nervous system at increasingly higher levels. Ultimately, the individual can interact with their environment more prosperously and adaptively.
